Free during early access

LawnFlow is free while it’s in early access. You don’t need to give a card to sign up. If we start charging, we’ll tell you well beforehand and you can choose whether to keep going. Nothing will be charged without you agreeing to it.

Provided as it is

We work hard to keep LawnFlow running and your data safe, but it’s provided as it is, without any promise that it will always be available, error-free or suit every business. Keep your own records of anything you can’t afford to lose, and check important figures before you rely on them. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

Your business is yours

You’re responsible for your own business: your prices, your invoices, your tax and GST, and what you tell your customers. LawnFlow helps you keep track and can create draft invoices in Xero, but the invoices you send and the tax you report are yours to check.

Your data

The information you put into LawnFlow stays yours. How we look after it is on the Privacy page.

Using LawnFlow fairly

Use LawnFlow for your own lawn, garden or outdoor business. Don’t try to get into another business’s account, break the app, or use it to send spam.

Stopping

You can stop using LawnFlow any time. To have your account and data deleted, contact Jack: text 0484 243 766 or email support@lawnflow.com.au. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and we’ll tell you first unless we can’t.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect.
