October 2026

  • New quote requests stand out. The Quotes tab shows a red count of requests you haven’t opened yet, and it checks for new ones every time you come back to the app.
  • Plan your first week. On a new account, Today now points you at the Week tab with a “Plan my week” button, and the Week tab shows a one-line tip on how to put customers on a day. Late customers no longer show in red before you’ve run your first day. They read “to plan” instead.
  • A few quick questions when you first sign in. What you invoice with, where your customers are now, about how many, and who works with you. Then a “Load your customers” card takes you to the right import, with Jack’s number if you get stuck. Every question can be skipped.
  • The keyboard no longer closes what you’re typing in. In some browsers other than Safari, tapping into the address box on a new job sent you back to Today. Fixed.
  • The nightly backup now keeps sign-ins too. If everything ever had to be restored from a backup, nobody should need a new password.
  • Credit comes off the next visit. If a customer is in credit, finishing their next regular visit uses the credit first and asks only for what’s left. If they pay more than what’s due, the extra is kept as credit by default, or you can say what it was for.
  • LawnFlow asks before an agency change moves a price. Moving a property onto, off or between agencies now asks first when it would change what the job is charged at, and names the old and new price.
  • Unit numbers stay on the address. Type 5/18 Example St, pick the street from Google’s list, and the unit stays. If Google offers a different building, LawnFlow won’t take it.
